We’ve created a custom Canva template for your photo poster so you can easily upload your images and personalise it yourself.

How it works (quick + easy)

• Email ideal.print@xtra.co.nz and we will send you a personal template link

• You’ll be asked to log in or sign up for a free Canva account

  • You do not need Canva Pro

  • There’s no cost to use Canva for this

• Click “Use template”
  This creates your own editable copy (our original stays safe).

• Upload your photos and add them into the frames

• Edit the text if included (please don’t resize or move frames)

A few important tips

• Please only replace the photos and text

• Don’t resize or move the photo frames — this ensures your poster prints correctly

• Canva will automatically crop photos to fit each frame

When you’re finished

Once you’re happy with your design:

• In Canva, click Share

• Set the link to View only

• Copy the link and email it back to us

We’ll then:

• Check everything is print-ready

• Send you a final proof if needed

• Print your poster with care and attention to detail
